DESCRIPTION
CCI-4000 is a transparent
multi-purpose & surface waterproofer. The unique formulation of CCI-4000
helps keep the water out and will allow the surface to breathe. CCI-4000
penetrates into the surfaces of the substrate to provide a quality seal.
CCI-4000 will also help in reducing, efflorescence, spalling, and mildew
on concrete and stone.

Do not take internally. Keep out of
the reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not transfer
to another container. Do not mix with other chemicals. Use only with
adequate ventilation, open all doors and windows. If you should
experience any discomfort such as eyes watering, difficulty in
breathing, headaches or dizziness, stop using the product and get fresh
air. First Aid: If swallowed get medical attention immediately. In case
of eye contact, flush eyes with water for 15 minutes and get medical
attention. If difficulty in breathing occurs move to fresh air. If in a
few minutes breathing is not normal get medical attention immediately.
If products get on skin wash with soap and water. Wear protective gear
for eyes and skin.

APPLICATION...

Before beginning work do a small
test in an inconspicuous area to assure compatibility of all
products and approval. Each job and surface is different so it is
very important to test material for each surface to be sealed.

Spread rate will depend on the
surface and will vary depending on the porosity of the substrate:
-
Brick 100-200 sq. ft./gal.
-
Concrete Block 65-75 sq.
ft./gal.
-
Stone 100-150 sq. ft./gal.
-
Concrete 175-200 sq.
ft./gal.
-
Product is ready to use. Do Not
Thin.
-
All contaminates must be removed
from the surface, such as dust, oil, and any other material that
could block the penetration of CCI-4000 into the surfaces.
-
The surface should be completely
dry due to the fact that CCI-4000 reacts to water.
-
Apply by brush, dipping, or
sprayer (pump up garden unit is recommended).
-
Tools can be cleaned with water.
If material is allowed to dry, paint thinner should be used to clean
tools.
-
Do Not Apply CCI-4000 if
temperature is below 45 Degrees F.

CCI-4000 will repel paint.

Dry time will depend on the
temperature and substrate. When surface is dry it may be used but
total cure is about 48-72 hours.

It is important to remember when the
beading stops the surface is still sealed. When the surface starts to
darken with water or liquid it it time to reapply more product. CCI-4000
will help aid in slowing down water damage but it is important to make
sure proper care and precautions are followed to assure protection,
care, and long life of products being protected.
