Neutral
Cleaner
CCI-450 was designed for daily floor
care. CCI-450 is a no-rinse neutral floor cleaner to be used as part of
daily maintenance cleaning for floors protected with waxes and coatings.
CCI-450 was formulated to reduce labor of rinsing in most applications.
CCI-450 is an effective general
purpose cleaner for removing light to moderate soils from hard surfaces
in facilities such as schools, institutional facilities, office
buildings, restaurants, etc. CCI-450 cleaner is easy to use and provides
economical care for small and large facilities.
CCI-450 is designed for floors, but
is also effective in removing soils on painted surfaces, walls and
woodwork, or on counters, tables, and work surfaces. Use a trigger
sprayer of diluted cleaner for cleaning small areas and wipe with a damp
cloth.
The use of all cleaning compounds in
federally inspected meat and poultry plants and food processing areas
must be followed with a potable water rinse.
For daily maintenance of floors that
have a light soil, use a solution of 4 to 9 oz. per gallon of water. For
medium soiled areas use a solution of 8 to 12 oz. per gallon of water,
and up to 16 oz. for heavily soiled areas. Apply with a damp mop.
CCI-450 may be diluted in similar fashion and used in a trigger spryer
with a damp cloth or sponge for cleaning small surfaces.
CCI-450 is recommended for daily cleaning over
Chem-Coat's
CCI-5000.
CCI-5000 is an Industrial Floor Finish. The CCI-5000 provides a very
durable surface with a static coefficient rating of .74.
Chem-Coat also offers
CCI-550 which is an Extra Heavy Duty
Cleaner Degreaser. CCI-550 is intended for use in industrial, commercial
and institutional cleaning. CCI-550 is concentrated for commercial use.
Daily floor care would require 2 to 4 oz. of CCI-550 per gallon of
water. CCI-550 has many uses from kitchens to floors, and it is very
important to use the correct dilution ratios. Due to the fact that the
correct dilution factors are not always followed, CCI-450 was developed.
Even if the dilution factors are not followed correctly the floors
should not be harmed.
Before cleaning, place wet floor
signs around work area. Always place wet floor signs when working with
any liquid on the floor. Do not remove the signs until the floor is dry
and safe to walk on.
Read label for all cautions before
using CCI-450 and all other Chem-Coat products.
